In essence, I want you to be happy with the wine that you’re receiving.
That being said, you can’t legally ship wine back to me, so if you’re unhappy with a bottle please let me know. I’ll replace it during your next shipment.
I don’t want this to be difficult. Seriously, I really don’t!
You can cancel your ongoing wine club subscription in your account info (link on the top of every page on the site). I believe we’re the only wine club in existence that allows you to cancel online, without needing to speak to anyone. This should be the standard and not the exception, the industry needs to do better at remembering that we’re in the 21st century.
If you’d like us to cancel you, simply open a ticket through our customer support system, or give us a call. I don’t want to force anyone to receive wine that they are not interested in receiving. We’ll cancel you immediately upon your request, no questions asked.
Lastly, to be as explicit as possible: If you choose a shipping frequency that is monthly, every other month or quarterly, your credit card will be charged automatically on the date listed, at the interval of which you’ve selected. If you’ve signed up in error, please let me know and I am happy to cancel your membership (see contact methods above, or on the contact us page of our website). As I’ve said, I don’t want you to be billed for, or for you to receive wine that you don’t want.
