Girard Winery, in the spirit of full disclosure, is one that has shown up in both of our red wine clubs thus far at Uncorked Ventures. With a Napa Valley tasting room in the quaint small town of Yountville and an outstanding Sauvignon Blanc priced in the low $20 range, Girard has been gaining market share over the past few years.

Owner Pat Roney is a former Sommelier and marketing man at Christian Brothers, as well as having spent time at Dean & DeLuca before taking over Girard in 2000.

We previously shipped their Artistry red wine, a Cabernet based red wine blend that was well received by our wine club customers, as it has been by major wine critics.
