Alexander and Wayne Winery

Originally named Los Olivos Vintners, the current owners whom took control of the vineyards and winery operation in 1992, the name was changed to save any confusion with multiple other wineries and wine stores also carrying Los Olivos in the name of the business.

With each of their wines made in small quantities of 100-300 cases and total production hovering around 2,500 cases, this is a winery which is fun to stop and taste at because they sell at least 98% of their wine direct to consumers.  It is almost impossible to find these wines at restaurants, or in your local wine store which makes it a worthwhile visit while in town.  While the winery does focus on Rhone varietals, it also makes a range of Pinot Noir’s and Chardonnay’s as well.
