Incorrect Pricing
In the event an Uncorked Ventures product is mispriced Uncorked Ventures reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price. If a credit card has already been processed for the order, Uncorked Ventures reserves the right to cancel the charge and cancel the transaction.  In the event the incorrect price has been charged and the order has shipped, Uncorked Ventures will honor the incorrect price for the item already shipped, however Uncorked Ventures reserves the right to cancel subsequent orders(which have not been shipped).

Uncorked Ventures may alter or terminate these terms and conditons at any time without notice.  Please check these terms often for any applicaple changes.
