Quivet Cellars is a project from Mike Smith, who has made a name for himself as assistant winemaker at Maybach along with a number of other high end Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon producers.  Quivet has been so highly prized that Mike reportedly had to buy inventory back from a retailer in order to hold industry tastings during the 2010 harvest season.
