I’ve been hesitant to order gift baskets online because there are always bad reviews about most of the major companies. My biggest concern is how the packaging holds up when its shipped. I thought the wood box would do better than a wicker basket, which it did. I was really happy with the experience overall with them, it even got shipped within a week. If they had a cheaper basket option, I'd give it 5 stars for sure.
